How to Enter

2. Promotion commences Thursday 11th May, 12.00pm to Friday 12th May 2017, 12.00pm. All entries must be received by the closing date.

3. The competition will run across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. To enter the competition:

a. On Twitter, Facebook or Instagram: Participants must post an image of themselves in the gym, include ‘#HomeOfGains’ in the post and tag @Maximuscle in the post.

5. Maximum of 1 entry per person, per platform. There are 10 prizes and the winners will be selected at random from all entries across Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.

6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, not received or delayed for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control. Proof of email, comment or other message being sent is not proof of receipt of entry.

7. The Promoter is unable to alter existing entries in the event of an email address or mobile telephone becoming inaccessible during this promotion.

By entering this Promotion you agree your personal details may be used by the Promoter for the purpose of sending you information about future promotions, events, products and news items as well as for internal administration and analysis. Any entry judged, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, to be inappropriate, offensive, sexualized, indecent or improper, or which contain any messages advocating violence, indecent or anti-social behavior, or which contain profane content, will not be accepted. Any entry judged to be illegal, false, digitally enhanced, edited, fraudulent or artificial in any way may not be accepted.

10. For the avoidance of doubt, if the Promoter suspects that an entrant is not eligible to participate in this Competition for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to terminate or suspend their further entry.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to share the prize winners’ details with any third party agency supporting the Promoter in relation to this promotion. The third party agency may contact the prize winners’ on the Promoter’s behalf.

12. The Promoter will take all reasonable measures to ensure any entry is used solely for the purposes of promoting this promotion and the results thereof. However the Promoter cannot guarantee this and takes no responsibility for the way entries are used by third parties including other websites or publishers, or for any consequences arising from such publication.

Your Content and Social Media

13. Where any participant provides GSK with text, captions, images or any other media content (“Content”)as part of their entry, the participant: (i) confirms the grant by the participant to the Promoter of a worldwide, perpetual, royalty free licence in the Intellectual Property Rights in the participant’s Content, (ii) waives any moral rights and like rights the participant has or may have in relation to the Content so that the Promoter shall be entitled to use the Content in any and all media at no cost to the Promoter and (iii) warrants to the Promoter that the Content is owned and controlled by the participant and that the participant has the right, power and authority to grant the rights set out in these terms and has obtained all the necessary approvals, consents and licences to grant rights pursuant to these terms and conditions; (iv) warrants that the Content will not infringe the Intellectual Property Rights, privacy or any other rights of any third party; will not contain anything which is untrue, defamatory, obscene, indecent, harassing or threatening; (v) warrants that the Content does not violate any applicable law or regulation (including any laws regarding anti-discrimination or false advertising); and (vi) warrant that the Content is not obscene or pornographic.

14. Participants may be required to participate in publicity associated with this promotion without payment, and by entering this promotion agree to participate in this publicity. The publicity may include any of the following; sharing the participants’ entry including any Content on social media or associated web pages and sharing the participants’ name, age and location on social media or associated web pages. If the participant no longer wishes to participate in the promotion, they must contact before the closing date.

15. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.

16. These Conditions in no way intend to override Facebook, Twitter or Intagram’s terms of use or any other rules or regulations from any other relevant governing body such as the ASA.


17. There are 10 prizes to be won, each prize consists of:

18. The prize package must be taken in its entirety, and cannot be split, substituted or transferred in any way.

19. No cash or alternative will be offered for the prize in whole or part. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with the same or greater value.

20. The prize winners will be chosen at random. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

21. The prize winner will be notified within 7 days of the closing date. If the prize winner is not contactable in this time, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from that person and award the prize to an alternative winner.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, death or other circumstances affecting the enjoyment of participants as a result of or connected to taking part in this promotion or winning a prize. 24. Entries become the absolute property of the Promoter and will not be returned.

25. All entry instructions form part of these rules. In the event of any conflict, these Conditions prevail.
