When to Use Cyclone All-in-one Protein Powder?

For one serving, mix one and a half level scoops (60g) with 200-250ml of water in a MaxiNutrition shaker. Do not exceed two servings per day. Some may prefer to mix Cyclone with milk, but please bear in mind that this will slow protein digestion, not to mention the added calories.
