I take it 3 times a day one at 9, Another at 12 and the final at 3 all on an empty stomach Great Stuff!

I've been using this product for about 3 weeks now combined with CLA-1000 and Promax Diet. I've noticed a big change in my energy levels and I'm able to do a lot more at the gym.
