Max Whey is high-quality whey protein blend of whey protein concentrate (82.5-88%*) and whey protein isolate (10%) and is designed to fit into your healthy lifestyle. When to Use
For one serving, mix 30g of Max Whey (approx. 3 tablespoons) with 150-300ml of water in a MaxiNutrition shaker. Do not exceed 3 servings per day. Some may prefer to mix Max Whey with milk, but please bear in mind that this will slow protein digestion, not to mention the added calories.
