Omega 3 Soft Gels
MaxiNutrition Omega-3s are polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) or essential fatty acids (EFAs), which are fats that need to be obtained from the diet. Fish oils are a good source of Omega 3, which contain both eicosapentaenoic (EPA) and docosahexaenoic (DHA). EPA/DHA are proven to support normal cardiac function, in addition DHA is proven to support the maintenance of normal vision and brain function - when a minimum of 250 mg of EPA and DHA are consumed per day.
