Banana Protein Pancakes
INGREDIENTS:
- 12ml skimmed milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 serve Maximuscle Chocolate Promax Lean
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 banana
- ½ tsp cinnamon
METHOD:
- Blend the protein powder, oats, egg and milk together in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture 1 ladle at a time into a non-stick frying pan, evenly spaced apart so the pancakes have room to spread. Cook for about 2 minutes per side.
- Once cooked, top with cinnamon, banana and maple syrup

Fluffy Coconut Protein Pancakes
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 scoop of vanilla Maximuscle Max Whey or Maximuscle Promax Lean
- 1 large egg white
- ½ tbsp coconut oil
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1/8 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp sweetener
METHOD:
- Place all ingredients in a blender, except the coconut oil
- Add the coconut oil to a non-stick pan, once melted pour in your pancake mixture
- Flip when bubbles appear on the surface to cook the other side
- Plate up and top with honey, chopped banana and coconut flakes
Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Pancakes
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 serving of Maximuscle Max Whey
- 150-200g ripe banana
- 30g oats
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- ½ tbsp baking powder
- Cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 50ml Water / Almond (start with 50ml and add small increments when needed)
TOPPINGS:
- 1 Maximuscle Protein Bar Peanut Butter Flavour
- Blueberries
- Tsp of peanut butter
- Sugar free syrup
METHOD:
The amount of liquid you add determines the thickness of the pancakes! Start small and add more if you would like a crepe style pancake.
- Pour wet ingredients into a blender
- Pour dry ingredients into the blender
- Blend until smooth
- Use fry light in a frying pan on a low/medium heat
- Pour the mix into the pan into your preferred pancake size
- Wait until a few air bubbles begin to form on the surface of the pancake before flipping
- Flip and allow to cook until firm
- Repeat process
- Top with chosen toppings and enjoy!
