Iced Caramel & Vanilla Protein Latte, perfect post workout – if you fancy something a little different to a shake!

Ingredients List

  • 250ml milk of choice
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1 scoop vanilla Promax
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp calorie and sugar-free caramel syrup (optional)
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Handful crushed ice


  1. In a high-powered blender, mix together the almond milk, espresso, vanilla protein, coconut oil, vanilla extract and crushed ice.
  2. Pour into a glass and drizzle over the caramel syrup, if using.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
