Ingredient List

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup kale
  • cup cucumber, chopped
  • 1.5 cups coconut water
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • inch ginger, grated
  • Pinch cayenne pepper
  • Pinch turmeric
  • 1 scoop vanilla Promax powder
  • 1 tsp extra virgin coconut oil

Method:

  1. Place each of the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blitz until smooth and the desired consistency.
  2. Add more water or a touch of honey, if you want things sweeter.
  3. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
