Chocolate Protein Banana Bread

  • INGREDIENTS:

    • 2 medium bananas, mashed
    • 2 scoops Maximuscle Max Whey Chocolate
    • 170g whole-wheat flour
    • 2 tsp baking powder
    • 2 egg whites
    • 6g stevia
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 150ml water
    • 30g chopped pecans

    METHOD:

    1. Preheat oven to 180°C/Gas Mark 4
    2. Add the flour, protein powder, baking powder, stevia and cinnamon into a large bowl and mix
    3. Add the egg whites, water, bananas and mix
    4. Combine the pecans into the mixture
    5. Transfer the mixture into a greased loaf tin
    6. Bake for 40-50 mins
