Method:
Preheat your oven to 180C |
With a knife or scissors, remove the leaves from the thick stems and cut into bite sized pieces |
Wash and dry the kale thoroughly with kitchen paper |
Using your hands rub the olive oil over the kale leaves and sprinkle with salt |
Lay the kale out on a large baking sheet and bake until the edges brown but are not burnt. This will take 10 – 12 minutes |
