Rows to narrow grip press-ups x 10

(5 sets with 1 min rest between each set)

 

Alternate Arm Dumbbell clean & press x 20

Dumbbell overhead lunges x 10

(5 sets with 1 min rest between each set)

 

Med ball switching power press-ups x 20

Plate Rotations x 10 (each side)

(5 sets with 1 min rest between each set)
