Can you take on the challenge?

Set your Barbell weight at 75% of your bodyweight.

  • Hang Power Cleans x 2 reps
  • Standing overhead press x 4 reps
  • Front squats x 6 reps
  • Deadlifts x 8 reps
  • Burpees over bar x 10 reps

Repeat the above to a total of 5 sets.
