Standard Delivery

Is FREE on orders over £55 which will be delivered in 1-4 working days. Deliveries under £55 will be charged at £4.99

Express Delivery

Costs £5.99. If you order by 2pm Mon-Fri, we will send your parcel by Evri Express which will be delivered in 1-2 working days. A signature is required. Some parts of the U.K (e.g. Shetland Islands, Channel Islands) are not covered by express delivery, so please check and allow 3-4 working days instead.

APC (NEXT WORKING DAY)
The Next working day service only applies to orders placed before 12 midday Monday to Friday (the 12:00 cutoff is shown at checkout but not the Mon-Fri) APC only collect Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after midday will be despatched the next working day ie orders placed Friday afternoon may be processed over the weekend but will not be collected by the courier until the Monday for delivery Tuesday. APC only deliver Monday to Friday. Orders placed before midday Friday will be despatched for delivery Monday. Delivery times will be affected by Bank holidays and weekends as couriers do not collect from us or deliver on Bank Holidays

For all couriers (this is just a suggested for your website to cover). All deliveries are on a best endeavour basis, no delivery service is guaranteed.

When Evri delivery for you:

1. When Evri have received you parcel(s) they will email you with an expected delivery date.

2. Within this email are the options to leave with a neighbour, change the delivery date, choose a safe place, request a different delivery date or choose to have your parcel left at an Evri Parcel shop or locker.

3. On the morning of delivery an email will be sent with the 2 hour delivery time and this will also have the same options

4. If no one is home and there has been no instruction, the driver may leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour.

5. If there is no safe place or neighbour then the driver will take the parcel back to the depot and delivery will be attempted 2 more times

Returns & Refunds

Step 1

Write your name, order number and telephone number on a piece of paper. Be sure to complete all this relevant information. Please include the reason you are returning the item and whether you wish to be refunded or need a replacement item.

Refunds will be offered on a proportionate basis to reflect how much of the product has been used.
Powdered products will be weighed on return to Maxishop to establish how much has been returned.
If you take advantage of any multibuy offer or discount, you will be refunded according to the discount that was applied to the offer.
Please allow at least 7 working days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
If you take advantage of any offers on the same product, all tubs/bottles/bars (including empty containers) will need to be returned for a refund to be made.
