Branched Chain Amino Acids
BCAA are a group of essential amino acids which are naturally found in whey protein. Being three of the essential amino acids, meaning that our bodies can only get them through dietary sources, rather than naturally create them from other sources. BCAA are the collective group of: Leucine, Valine and Isoleucine.
