Carrot Cake Protein Oats

Carrot Cake Oats

Ingredients:
- 60g rolled oats 
- Teaspoon of cinnamon 
- 50g plain or Greek yoghurt 
- 250ml milk 
- 30g MaxConcentrate Vanilla Powder
- Around two tablespoons of grated carrot 
- Walnuts (optional) 

Method:
- Cook the oats and half the carrot in the milk until all the milk has been absorbed. 
- Once cooled down add the protein powder and cinnamon and give it a good stir. 
- Transfer to another bowl and top with the yoghurt, more grated carrot and some walnuts!
- Enjoy!
