Chocolate Protein "Ferrero" Inspired Truffles
Ingredients:
- 60g dark chocolate, melted
- 6tbsp hazelnut butter with cacao, gently melted
- 7 tbsp ground hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp MaxConcentrate Chocolate Protein Powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Pinch salt
- Drop vanilla
Toppings:
- 130g dark chocolate, melted with 1 tsp coconut oil
Method:
Mix together the melted chocolate and hazelnut butter, then fold in remaining ingredients. If the mixture isn’t too sticky, roll into balls with a roasted hazelnut in the centre of each. If it’s too sticky, chill until it firms up, or add more ground hazelnuts. Once rolled, dunk in melted dark chocolate and sprinkle over hazelnuts to decorate. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
