INGREDIENTS:
Chocolate Mint
- 2 Medjool dates
- 15g Oats
- 20g Chocolate mint casein
- 5g Cocoa
- Splash of water to bind
- Extra cocoa to coat
Chocolate & Pistachio
- 2 Medjool dates
- 15g Oats
- WPC or Promax chocolate
- 5g Cocoa
- Splash of water to bind
- Crushed pistachio nuts to coat
METHOD:
- Place the dates in a microwave safe bowl and add a splash of water. Microwave for 20 seconds. This will make the dates easier to mash
- Now add all of the other ingredients and mix together
- Get your hands in and squeeze the mixture together. If it doesn’t hold together add another splash of water. Do this slowly so you don’t add to much water
- Chill this in the fridge for around 1 hour to firm up the mixture
- Now roll into balls and either coat in cocoa or crushed pistachios to finish
- Recipe makes 6 balls
