INGREDIENTS:
- 50g dry quinoa
- 150ml almond milk
- 1 TBSP chia seeds
- 1 TSP cinnamon
- 2 TSP maple syrup
- Handful blueberries
- 100g low fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 TBSP flaked almonds
METHOD:
- Heat the quinoa and almond milk over a low heat & slowly bring to the boil, stirring continuously to stop the quinoa from sticking.
- Add the chia seeds, cinnamon and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle over the almonds, and top with yoghurt and maple syrup.
