What do body builders need?

This means that the amino acids derived from a source of casein take longer to be delivered to the muscle. This may sound like a negative, but in fact during fasted periods e.g. sleep, this results in a slow yet steady flow of amino acids to the muscles, helping muscles to restore and develop during periods of recovery.
