INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 egg whites
  • 60ml almond milk
  • 60ml single cream
  • 1 serve Vanilla Promax
  • 1 TSP nutmeg
  • 1 small banana
  • 2 – 3 ice cubes

METHOD:

  1. Blend the egg whites, almond milk, cream, Promax, banana and ice cubes for 20 seconds
  2. Top with nutmeg
  3. Enjoy!
