1 bunch kale
1 tablespoon olive oil
Sea salt to taste

Preheat your oven to 180C
With a knife or scissors, remove the leaves from the thick stems and cut into bite sized pieces
Wash and dry the kale thoroughly with kitchen paper
Using your hands rub the olive oil over the kale leaves and sprinkle with salt
Lay the kale out on a large baking sheet and bake until the edges brown but are not burnt. This will take 10 – 12 minutes
