Protein Pancakes - MaxiNutriton Recipe

This is an easy pancake recipe that only takes 6 ingredients to make! These basic pancakes are simple and come out light and fluffy! You can finish them off with blueberries, bananas, honey or any of your favourite toppings.


  • 1 scoop of Vanilla MaxiNutrition Promax or Promax Lean
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1/2 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup Almond milk
  • 1/8 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tsp sweetener


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, except the coconut oil
  2. Add the coconut oil to a non stick pan, once melted pour in your pancake mixture
  3. Flip when bubbles appear on the surface to cook the other side
  4. Plate up and top with honey, chopped banana and coconut flakes (optional)
