Protein pancakes

  • INGREDIENTS:

    METHOD:

    1. Blend the protein powder, oats, egg and milk together in a bowl.
    2. Pour the mixture 1 ladle at a time into a non-stick frying pan, evenly spaced apart so the pancakes have room to spread. Cook for about 2 minutes per side.
    3. Once cooked, top with cinnamon, banana and maple syrup.
