Maximuscle Rocky Road Brownies

INGREDIENTS:

  • 20g @maximuscle Whey
  • 20g Cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tin of Chickpeas drained
  • 120g Smooth Natural Peanut Butter
  • 60g Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 @maximuscle Rocky Road Bar
  • 40g Chopped Dark cooking chocolate
  • 10g mini marshmallows
  • 15g raisins

METHOD:

  1. Hand mash the chickpeas or place in a food processor until you reach the desired consistency and combine with the rest of wet ingredients
  2. Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl and begin to gradually add the mixed dry ingredients to the mixed wet ingredients
  3. Feel free to add a few tbsps of water, however the mix should be very thick so don’t overdo it!
  4. Once mixed throw in the toppings and when evenly mixed, place in a brownie tin lined with baking paper and place in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes
  5. Enjoy!
