Bounty Inspired Protein Bars

Ingredients:
- 1 cup desiccated coconut, ground to a powder
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut, not ground
- 2 scoops MaxIsolate in Coconut Flavour
- 3 heaped tbsp coconut cream (chill a good quality tin of full-fat coconut milk overnight to achieve this)
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup (to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the coating:
- 120g dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil

Method:
In a bowl mix together the ground desiccated coconut, normal desiccated coconut and coconut protein. Stir in the coconut cream, maple syrup and vanilla to combine. Roll into bar shapes (if the mix is too wet, add more protein or coconut - too dry and a touch more coconut cream will do!), then freeze for an hour.

Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together, then dunk the bars into chocolate.
