Gingerbread Pots

Serves 2

- 60g oat ginger biscuits, ground to a powder 
- 1/2 tbsp melted butter 
- Optional: 1 MaxiNutrition protein bar, ground to a powder

For the mousse:
- 100g dark chocolate, melted 
- 1 package organic silken tofu (drain away the water) 
- 2 tbsp MaxConcentrate Chocolate Protein Powder
- Maple syrup, to taste (we used 2.5 tbsp)
- Pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

- Stir together the ground biscuits with butter and protein bar, if using.

Spoon into the base of two small jars.

Blend together melted chocolate with the tofu, protein, maple syrup, salt and vanilla.

- Add into the jars, then chill overnight.

- Decorate, then enjoy!
