High Protein Vanilla Matcha Latte

- 1 tsp good quality matcha powder
- 3 tbsp hot water
- 1/3 -1/2 cup milk of choice (we used full-fat milk to make it foamy)
- 2 tbsp MaxWhey Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Optional: Add in 1 tsp sweetener

- Add the matcha to a cup of choice. Add hot water, then whisk (use a bamboo whisk for traditional matcha, or a fork or normal whisk will also do).
- In a milk frother, heat the milk, whey and drop of vanilla until foamy - add a pinch of matcha if you’d like a green foam.
- Pour over your matcha water, then stir and sip warm.
- Enjoy!
