Hot Cross Bun French Toast

Hot Cross Bun French Toast

- 2 hot cross buns 
- 1 medium egg 
- 20g MaxConcentrate Vanilla Protein Powder
- Dash of milk 

- In a bowl whisk together the egg, milk and protein powder. 
- Slice the two hot cross buns in half and dip them in the egg mixture for around 1-2 minutes each side, until fully coated. 
- Fry each side on a medium heat until they turn golden (this should take around 2 minutes each side). 
- Serve with some berries and drizzle of maple syrup! 
- Enjoy!
