Maximuscle Millionaires Shortbread Protein Brownies

INGREDIENTS:

METHOD:

  1. Hand mash the chickpeas or place in a food processor until you reach the desired consistency and combine with the rest of wet ingredients
  2. Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl and begin to gradually add the mixed dry ingredients to the mixed wet ingredients
  3. Feel free to add a few tbsps of water, however the mix should be very thick so don’t overdo it!
  4. Once mixed throw in the toppings and when evenly mixed, place in a brownie tin lined with baking paper and place in a preheated 180 degree oven for 16-18 minutes
  5. Enjoy!
