The Workout

  1. Superset 1:
    • Barbell curl x8-12
    • Cable rope extensions x8-12
  2. Superset 2:
    • EZ bar extension x8-12
    • Single arm preacher curl x8-12
  3. Superset 3:
    • Alternate hammer curl x8-12
    • Bench dips x8-12
