There are 6 exercises to perform, in any order. You should be doing 50 reps per exercise, in as many sets as it takes you to complete.

  1. Deadlift
  2. Bench press
  3. Front squats
  4. Snatch grip high pull
  5. Pull-ups
  6. Dips
