Nut bars are Nut bars

Wrong! The traditional nut based cereal bars are usually packed with nuts, which provide the protein (and fats). To act as the glue, to stick it altogether and provide some flavour, glucose syrup (sugar) is often added, but you don’t have to make that compromise. What if you could have all the good bits but without sugar. After all, if its packed with sugar, you may as well eat a chocolate bar.

Why choose our Protein Nut Bars

Added Protein Nut Bars to you diet

MaxiNutrition Protein Nut Bars join the collection of products that we offer which should be consider more like foods sources rather than nutritional supplements. This also explains why our bars and milks are no longer registered on the informed-sport programme. We believe that these bars should not be viewed in the same vein as ergogenic aids, and could be integrated within your diet. You may be aware that a healthy balance diet should comprise 60% Carbohydrate, 20-25% Fat and 15-20% protein. The Protein Nut Bars can provide part of that healthy balanced diet encompassing 22% Carbohydrate, 61% Fat, 17% Protein and ~10% of your daily calorie consumption. These offer great snack alternatives or perhaps included as part of a meal (lunch). Over to you, go NUTS!
