Step away from the vending machine! Our recipe for Greek yoghurt with apple & cinnamon has the dream team of flavour that will take your taste buds to the next level.


  • 1 apple (Braeburn or Pink Lady works best)
  • 1 small pot low-fat Greek yoghurt
  • small handful of almonds, hazelnuts or walnuts
  • 1tsp ground cinnamon


  1. Pour your yoghurt into a bowl.
  2. Slice your apple but keep the skin on, then place on top of the yoghurt followed by the nuts.
  3. Serve by sprinkling the cinnamon on top.
