Step away from the vending machine! Our recipe for Greek yoghurt with apple & cinnamon has the dream team of flavour that will take your taste buds to the next level.
- 1 apple (Braeburn or Pink Lady works best)
- 1 small pot low-fat Greek yoghurt
- small handful of almonds, hazelnuts or walnuts
- 1tsp ground cinnamon
- Pour your yoghurt into a bowl.
- Slice your apple but keep the skin on, then place on top of the yoghurt followed by the nuts.
- Serve by sprinkling the cinnamon on top.
