A protein shake before bed is a great way to help give your body additional slow-release protein throughout the night. This shake also provides slow release carbohydrates and healthy fats.


  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoops vanilla Promax
  • 10 almonds
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)


  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend all the ingredients together until your smoothie reaches your desired consistency and serve.
