Chocolate & Coconut Protein Slices

INGREDIENTS:

  • 150g Unsweetened Desiccated coconut
  • 50g Coconut Flour
  • 1 serving Promax Vanilla
  • 50g Melted Coconut Oil
  • 50ml Coconut Milk
  • 100g Dark Chocolate
  • 50g White Chocolate

METHOD:

  1. In a large bowl mix the desiccated coconut, coconut flour and Promax vanilla together
  2. Then add the melted coconut oil and coconut milk. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together
  3. Transfer the mixture from the bowl to a lined tray and spread out evenly, chill in the fridge until set
  4. Break the dark chocolate into small chunks and melt
  5. Pour the chocolate onto the coconut base that was left to chill
  6. Then melt the white chocolate and swirl into the dark chocolate topping 
  7. Chill until the chocolate sets, then slice into 6 squares
  8. Enjoy!
